1. Description of Service

ReverseLUTs provides a free, browser-based utility that performs color space transforms, dynamic range expansion, and log profile emulation on image files. The utility runs entirely within the user's local web browser environment. We do not charge fees, require registration, or impose usage limits on the tool.

2. User Content & Intellectual Property

Since ReverseLUTs executes all transformations client-side:

• Ownership Retention: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all images, logos, graphics, and visual materials you process.
• No License Grant: Because your media is never uploaded, stored, or processed on our servers, you do not grant us any license, right, or permission to use, distribute, or modify your work.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this utility only for lawful purposes. Since processing occurs locally, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your input materials do not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or other local or international law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The utility is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ReverseLUTs does not warrant that:

• The output color transformations will match every professional monitor profile or camera-native raw baseline exactly.
• The browser memory constraints will not limit processing of extremely high-resolution image files (e.g. above 8K).

We are not liable for any quality degradation, banding, or loss of information resulting from non-linear gamut clipping or standard mathematical limits of sRGB inversion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReverseLUTs and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use this browser utility.
